Happy Bday J

Today was J's bday, happy bday J!anyways we took her to climb fit in St leonards. my arms are killing me at the moment. i havent been rock climbing in a couple of months, since we did it for a work function. last time my arms hurt sooo much that i cramped up when i changed gears in the car! :S

hopefully it doesnt turn out to be the same result

anyways they had to teach us how to belay (being able to pull up and let down someone who was climbing) for our reward we get a "license" to belay .. for next time i guess??
