Thai beef salad

Cooked s and myself some thai beef salad last night. Actually tasted better than I expected.. Just went with the 'feel' as opposed to a recipe haha ... And no food poisoning .. So far so good :)

Took the kayanos for a run today... New shoes feel sooo different. And a good different. My last ones were 11s so alot have come and gone in between...
